How long do I have to fix a DOT sidewalk violation?

Your notice states the deadline. Under the City's sidewalk program, owners generally have 75 days to complete repairs before DOT can arrange the work itself and bill the owner. Contact us as soon as the notice arrives so there is time for the estimate, the permit and the work.

Do I have to fix only the flags listed on the notice?
